TheBukor f784116a82 Cleanup and fixes

Actually registers 1.11 stuff now;
Stop bad habit of "catch (Exception ex)" in ReflectionUtils.class;
Add "Bow Shoot" pathfinder goal;
Dropped support for WorldGuard 6.1 and below. Please update to
WorldGuard 6.2.
